If you've been on my corner of the internet for a while, you might remember last year I filmed a video called 'Feeling Like a Fraud', followed by a blog post titled 'Things That Scare Me' with a small list of (at the time) frightening but achievable goals. Back then, my Anxiety was pretty bad, so this list included things that might seem ridiculous to other people like "Talk on the phone".
I recently re-watched it and felt compelled to follow it up with another video. Let me know if you have a list of things that scare you, and how far you've come in the last year.
