I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing when it comes to makeup. To be honest, it's a miracle that I manage to look presentable at all - but for some reason, my makeup tutorials are quite popular and apparently a few of you missed them. To be honest, I get it, I love watching makeup tutorials as well (it's the whole reason I started watching YouTube videos, actually). So here's a nice, minimal one for Summer that anyone can do... even me.

I can’t help myself. Every time I go shopping, I seem to pick up another new makeup product to try out. I always try to justify my purchases by saying "I could write a blog post about it", so here I am, writing a blog post about a few of the products I've been trying out recently.
Being rather pale, I've often struggled to find foundation that's pale enough for me. Over the years I’ve got much better at swatching formulas in stores and waiting to see if they oxidise, but every now and again I still come home with something too dark to use. Because of that, foundation mixers are an essential for me.
I think we can all agree that 2017 was a bit crap... but at least we got some good makeup out of it. Here are my favourite drugstore picks from last year.
I've been on a few trips recently, and quickly discovered that I couldn't fit my entire skincare and makeup collection in my suitcase. So that's a drag.
I don't think you can go wrong with peach shades in the summer. Or any time of year, really.
When I started really getting into makeup at the grand age of 21, I loved watching 'Drugstore Makeup Starter Kit' videos and seeing what products my favourite gurus recommended for beginners. Now that I have my own beauty channel, I knew I'd have to make this video as well!
It's been another month, which means it's time for another mix of things that I've been loving.

I thought that having my own custom palette would speed up my morning routine, so that I would have all my basic eye and cheek colours in one place. If travelling, all my essentials would already be in one palette, so I wouldn’t have to take as many products with me. Sounds like a good idea, right? The problem was, most of my favourite products were not designed to be put in a palette...
