Mental health is something I'm very passionate about, and have often talked about here and on YouTube. Today is World Mental Health Day, so I wanted to raise awareness by showcasing my most popular posts and videos related to mental health. As if that wasn't enough, there's even a new video going up tonight at 6pm on my YouTube channel. It's a collab with the wonderful Lauren Sowter.

A short film about pretending to be happy, which I suppose we do for many reasons including but not limited to: mental health stigma, not wanting to bother anyone, being worried about not being taken seriously, being scared, not having someone you feel comfortable talking to, not thinking your problems are "big enough"...
In this week's video I wanted to talk about my experience with anxiety, but hopefully in a way that other people could relate to it. Let me know what you think.
This week I thought I'd make something different: I'm taking about my experience with Depression (and why it took me so long to seek help), my advice for anyone who thinks they might have it, and small things I do to feel better.
This week I'm collaborating with Nadia Kour to talk about Anxiety. She'll be sharing her experiences with it, while I'll be talking about tips on how I'm coping with it and how these have worked in my everyday life.
